Senior Accounting Officer / Accounting Officer

Tasks & responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting operations, being able to handle full sets of accounts 
• Monitor bank movement and handle bank reconciliation
• Collaborate with other departments and supervise the AR assistant to ensure accurate and timely billing and collection
• Assist in annual audit and tax filings
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications & experience

• Diploma in Accounting with LCC Level 3 Certificate
• Minimum 3 years experience in handling full set of accounts
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
• Proficient in MYOB is preferred
• Responsible, detailed oriented, well-organized and able to work independently
• Immediate available is preferred
