We are the Douyin Life Service-Merchants & Service Providers R&D team. The business scope we are responsible for is very interesting, mainly including: - Covering the underlying architecture of the account, the basic links of merchants from settlement to ordering, transaction verification, settlement, etc. - Covering the back-end merchant operations and marketing links such as membership, homepage decoration, store decoration, messages, data diagnosis, etc. - Covering the three-party ecology for service providers - Exploration of industry solutions for in-store, comprehensive, home, hotel and travel, etc. Based on the above multiple business directions, we continue to provide merchants with better services, help merchants to operate long-term, and continue to provide users with high-quality services. Therefore, your interests and potential will be maximized and stimulated here. Job Description: 1. Responsible for the R&D of the core system service end of Douyin Life Service, such as account platform, merchant growth, merchant operation and marketing, service provider platform, hotel and food delivery, etc. 2. Responsible for continuously improving service quality, improving system stability and high availability, and reducing online feedback 3. Deeply cooperate with products, apply technology to business scenarios, and achieve product business goals 4. Have your own technical plan for the scope of the module you are responsible for.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, communication and other related majors, 3 years or more of work experience is preferred 2. Solid computer knowledge, strong logical ability and learning ability in-depth understanding of at least one language such as Go, Python, Java, etc. 3. Familiar with distributed system design, microservice system design, stability governance, common middleware principles and practices, etc. is preferred 4. Love programming, strong sense of responsibility, strong learning ability, strong desire for knowledge, and good team communication and collaboration skills 5. E-commerce and O2O experience is preferred experience in the hotel and food delivery industry is preferred.
