Senior Engineer of Video Account Recommendation Algorithm

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for the recommendation technology optimization of video account live broadcast cards, short video with live broadcast components and other businesses, including but not limited to recall, rough ranking, fine ranking, mixed ranking, cold start of live broadcast content, cold start of new live broadcast users, etc.

Qualifications

1. Have a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, good engineering literacy, and be able to quickly implement and iterate algorithms
2. Candidates with experience in recommendation systems, advertising systems, and search systems are preferred those with experience in industry short video and live broadcast recommendation business are preferred
3. Have good communication and teamwork skills, be proactive, and be willing to accept challenges.
