Senior Manager/ Manager, Accounting and Finance

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for project costing control, budgeting, forecasting, management accounts, annual audit, tax planning and treasury management
• Monitoring, reviewing & tracking financial performance of the business and provide value added analysis and recommendations to drive business directions and strategies 
• Liaison with banks and agencies to fulfill daily treasury, debt financing and other financial instrument and operational needs
• Communicating with external and internal parties, be actively involved and support the company in finance-related projects, building financial models with reference to the deal, which comprise of valuation, financial & tax configuring and investigation as well as project funding
• Take a flexible approach to manage the team, to ensure all objectives are met
• Support the company investment activities, if any 
• Support financial modeling and evaluations on potential deals, pre-deal due diligence, deals execution etc., if any
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

 

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related disciplines with CPA designation;
• Should have at least 8 years of related working experience, knowledge in property development industry or sizable CPA firm experience would be an added advantage;
• Independent, well-organized, self-motivated to learn and able to work under pressure, and strong sense of responsibility and commitment 
• Ability to quickly learn with fast response and demonstrate hands-on experience in all levels of works
• Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Be a strategic thinker with strong analytical mind & logical thoughts and problem solver 
• Multi-tasking, excellent team player, and committed to deadlines
• FLEX accounts system experience is a plus
