The Human Resources Office is undergoing digital transformation to enhance its services and operational efficiency.The Office is looking for a suitable candidate to provide support on various shared and self-services in the University. 

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Account Servicing Teams in daily HR operations;
• Become part of Central Operations Team for shared service delivery;
• Provide quality services on benefits, contracts, employment records & others;
• Support preparation, testing and implementation of new automation solutions; and
• Participate in projects such as AI-Powered Service Helpdesk & Recruitment Platform.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 3-6 years of relevant work experience;
• A fast learner being proactive to raise recommendations on workflows & standards;
• A good communicator with a high proficiency of English & Chinese; 
• Having experience with SaaS HR/AI software is advantageous; and
• Be meticulous, able to work independently & lead a small team.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a written test and a panel interview. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Officer. 

The initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of two years. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
