Job Duties:
Provide operation support to senior managers
Reviewing contract terms and follow up contract executions, including production status, shipment, system entry, and payment
Prepare and manage letter of credit, full set import and export documents(invoice, packing list, bills of lading, and other shipping related documents),
Liaise and coordinate with mainland and overseas customers
Prepare sales statistics and reports
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
F 7 or above, basic accounting knowledge preferred
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
At least 3 years of relevant working experience Knowledge of letter of credit or SAP preferred
Good PC skills, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Independent, with good communication and interpersonal skills
Immediate availability preferred **Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's Degree will also be considered.
