Roles & Responsibilities
1. WeChat advertising as Tencent's high-quality traffic aggregation platform is an important source of the company's advertising revenue. Under the WeChat traffic system, our team focuses on the design of advertising strategies for ecological traffic such as public accounts, subscription accounts, and mini programs, and has rich text and image content (public account articles, mini-games) understanding and personalized recommendation application scenarios. We look forward to your joining and jointly create a sustainable ecological engine that is a win-win situation for platform, traffic and users
2. Deeply improve the recommendation strategy algorithm of WeChat advertising and optimize advertising display revenue (eCPM)
3 .Coordinate the ecological value of traffic and user interests to improve user experience.
Qualifications
1. Proficient in large-scale data mining, machine learning, and natural language processing technologies, and those with experience in advertising algorithms are preferred
2. Have solid coding skills and familiarity with C++ Priority will be given to candidates
3. Have excellent data analysis skills and keen data insights, and can discover valuable patterns from massive data
4. Have good teamwork spirit and excellent communication skills and the ability to learn quickly.
