The Role

VP, Central Procurement, Financial Management Division

Key Accountabilities

• Enhancing and implementing the procurement policy and relevant internal control requirements to ensure the central procurement work is compliant and efficient
• Preparing central procurement plan and promoting the implementation of central procurement projects
• Implementing the management of central procurement suppliers and expert database
• Leading the implementation of procurement process, preparing central procurement documents, negotiating with suppliers and coordinating the project review work
• Following-up on comments from Central Procurement Committee
• Representing the company to participate in bidding evaluation
• Promoting the digitalization of the company's central procurement and performing the daily maintenance work of the relevant systems
• Organizing the post-central procurement project evaluation
• Enhancing the information management of central procurement projects
• Managing the team members and coordinating the work in the team
• Handling the internal and external communication work
• Completing tasks assigned by top management

Skills & Experience

• University graduate or above
• At least 5 years of experience in financial management or procurement management work |(most preferable)
• Familiar with financial accounting and good knowledge in finance industry
• Strong writing and analytical skill
• Good communication and team management skill, great team player
• Highly resilient and able to work under pressure
• Good written and spoken English, able to work independently using English
