Roles & Responsibilities

1. Responsible for data-related work of WeChat short video business
2. Lead the team to scientifically formulate a data evaluation system for the business, and establish automation capabilities such as monitoring, disassembly, attribution, and prediction of core indicators
3. Lead the team to scientifically carry out insight analysis of business strategies such as products, operations, growth, and recommendations, and guide scientific business decision-making
4. Lead the team to scientifically conduct A/B Testing based on business insights, and cooperate with the business side to continuously iterate strategies through experiments
5. Lead the team to scientifically explore the quantification of network effects, quantification of ecological value, business growth opportunities, etc.
6. Be responsible for the relevant capacity building in the field of data science, and continuously improve the professionalism and authority of the team.

Qualifications

1. More than 5 years of work experience in data science related positions
2. Master degree or above in computer science, data science, machine learning, statistics, applied mathematics and other fields
3. Proficient in SQL/Hive/Python/R, etc., with experience in massive data processing, machine learning, data modeling, etc.
4. Familiar with professional knowledge in the field of A/B Testing, and able to explore and optimize test methods
5. Possess keen data insight and rigorous logical thinking ability, and have the accumulation of systematic methodology
6. Those with relevant experience in social, short video, live broadcast, and e-commerce are preferred
7. Those with experience in managing data science teams in domestic and foreign Internet companies are preferred.
