Account Executive (Retail Management)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in all areas of retail activations from planning to logistical execution
• Coordinate with internal departments for planning, organizing and execution of various events and retail activities
• Support billing process and all administration work for the Experiential Marketing team
• Build and maintain good relationship with Clients
• Liaise and manage vendors in a professional manner
• Support on ad hoc projects assigned
  
   

Requirements:

• University degree, preferably in Marketing / Communication / Advertising or related discipline
• 1-2 years working experience in event / retail production and execution is preferred 
• Passionate & cheerful characters with innovative thinking
• Team player with pleasant personality
• Organized, flexible, able to adapt to a fast paced environment with tight deadline
• Able to work under pressure, can-do attitude, self-motivated, proactive, high sense of responsibility and problem-solving skill
• Demonstrate a positive attitude with ability to get things done
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
• Fresh graduated are also welcome
