Responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise the daily billing and receipt matching; and other revenue accounting operations


• Identify potential problematic accounts and follow up with customers


• Monitor the auditor’s reports submitted by the customers


• Prepare revenue and trade debtor analyses


• Conduct credit assessment analyses


• Review monthly, interim and year-end closing analyses and schedules (e.g. accounts receivable aging analyses, bad debt provision, rent-free amortization)


• Provide timely financial advisory and support to the designated departments as a Finance Business Partner


• Enhance the billing systems


• Perform other ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or other related disciplines


• Qualified Accountant


• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably with hands-on experience in dealing with customers’ enquiries


• Supervising experience is an advantage


• Proactive, able to work independently and under pressure


• Strong analytical and problem solving skills


• Good communication and interpersonal skills


• Proficient in MS Office (i.e. MS Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint) and Oracle


• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese


• Proficiency in Putonghua is a plus
