Accounting & Administration assistant

Job Description :-

• Responsible for Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
• Prepare Journal Voucher
• Daily Bank Reconciliation
• General Administration Duties
• Assist the manager in general office work

 

Basic requirements :-

• F.5 or above 
• Prefer with experience in freight forwarder industry
• Fair experience in Computerized Accounting Systems
• Fair knowledge with Ms office (World & Excel)
• Fair communication skills in English 

 

** Fresh graduates will also be considered. **

 

Salary negotiable
