The successful candidate will assist in the implementation of the finance transformation and analytics for Sino Group and affiliated companies. Reporting to Manager (Accounts) and working with other accountants and external consultants, you will support the successful implementation of ERP and finance transformation in a challenging and complex business environment. Key responsibilities are detailed below:

System & Finance Transformation

• Accounting process improvement: assist in process enhancement in both Accounts Department and across functions
• World-class internal control policy and procedures: assist in the continuous execution of sound internal control through system and finance transformation to sustain high standards of internal controls pre and post system transformation
• Data migration and testing: study, analyze and ensure data integrity, and perform data migration and users’ testing with diligence.
• Work with Accounts team members to ensure consistency across all accounting functions.
• Participate in preparing user manual, as well as SOP documentation, and arranging training for the users in Accounts Department.
• Provide 1st level system support on accounting aspects such as vendor and chart of account maintenance after system implementation.
• Assist in reviewing and providing report enhancement recommendation and follow up for change.
• Coordinate and liaise with the stakeholders in accounting team for ERP system transformation project or other system enhancement.
• Prepare the meeting minutes and housekeep the project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor holder in Business Administration / Accounting / Finance / Management Information Systems or related disciplines
• Experience in accounting and finance fields within large organizations
• Experience in finance and accounting system change in real estate, hospitality industry is an advantage
• Familiar with SAP is preferred
• Experience in system implementation project management and system development life cycle(SDLC) will be an advantage
• Sound knowledge in internal control, industry best-practice, master data governance, SOW, SOP documentation would be a great asset
• Attention to details and problem solving
• Team player, good inter-personal skills and able to communicate at all levels effectively
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
