• Professional railway engineering consulting firm in Asia Pacific region
• We are looking for Admin Officer / Senior Admin Officer - with details as follows :

The Job :

• Report to Office Manager
• Provide daily support to the management team
• Travel arrangement
• Meetings scheduling
• Purchase & monitor office supplies
• Handle correspondence
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties
• Coordinate, prepare, consolidate and compile of documents & reports
• Update Company database
• Tertiary education
• Over 3-4 year administrative/secretarial support/personal assistance experience
• Proficient in English & Chinese; Mandarin is a plus
• No trips is required
• 5 days work
• Annual leave : 12 days
• Medical insurance
• Work-life balance
