Job Description - Administration Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overall management of day-to-day operations such as admission, marketing materials, facilities management and lesson scheduling
  • Review, develop and monitor the implementation of policies and procedures on school administration to achieve short-, mid-, and long-term goals of the School
  • Coordinate with academic and other operation departments on student-related tasks and projects 
  • Provide a full-range administration services, including preparation of documents and business reports for management review
  • Assist in overall team management; supervise and train new and existing team members to improve staff capabilities
  • Assist in handling student / client enquiry
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • A Degree holder or other relevant professional qualifications.
  • Minimum 5 years of administrative experience in which at least 2 years in a supervisory role;
  • Experience in Education sector will be an advantage;
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin); 
  • Possess problem-solving skill and good listening skill to provide seamless and professional education solution and services 
  • Good management and leadership skills to lead a team of staff to work seamlessly as a unit;
  • Proficient in computer software applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
