Administration Clerk

A well-established Health Product / Chinese Medicine Manufacturer, is looking for a suitable candidate for the following position :

Responsibilities

• Handle invoice collection & dispatch to transportation Company
• Handle incoming calls and greet visitors in a professional and polite manner
• Arrange conference room reservations and keep the tidiness of reception area
• Handle outside work schedule of office assistant and driver
• Coordinate the dispatch and distribution of local and overseas parcels/documents
• Provide clerical support for Human Resource and Administration Department
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by seniors
  

Requirements

• Matriculated or above
• Minimum 1 year's relevant working experience
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Excellent in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
