Administrative Assistant

Swing Consulting Limited is an IT consulting firm, we provide wide range of IT solution to our customer including software development, IT infrastructure, Network deployment etc. For company development, we are looking for high caliber candidates with matching background and expertise to respond to current opening for the following position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for IT Teams.
• Maintain the IT inventory records to maintain proper documentation.
• Perform inventory check for hardware.
• Assist in ad hoc tasks and any occasional support for office administration matters.

Job Requirements:

• HKDSE, Diploma holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of administrative or clerical working experience.
• Willing to listen and learn, hardworking, team player, under working pressure.
