Responsibilities
1. In-depth Business, understand the characteristics of each business office, based on the development direction and goals of the business department, combined with daily interviews, data analysis, etc., make administrative service plans in advance, provide reasonable business service solutions, and ensure high-quality completion of service support 2. Able to promptly and accurately access and explain administrative operating rules, fees and costs, etc. to the business, and provide feedback based on the actual execution of the business to facilitate the effective implementation and continuous improvement of administrative back-end operations 3. Provide a one-stop for business departments Provide formal administrative service support, including but not limited to the organization of conference activities, important project guarantees, publicity and promotion, etc. 4. Establish and maintain effective cross-department working relationships, coordinate various resources required for business, and ensure the transmission and effective communication of internal and external information , to help business departments operate efficiently and develop sustainably and healthily.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of work experience, preference will be given to those with relevant experience and English as a working language 2. Good at proactive thinking, with good service awareness, high sense of responsibility and ability to withstand pressure 3. Strong information acquisition and analysis capabilities, sensitivity to business needs and business conditions, and user perspective 4. Excellent cross-department collaboration Ability and communication skills, good at using resources, and able to maintain good communication and collaboration relationships with various teams.
