A global investment manager is looking for an Administrative Manager with good people management experience and Asia coverage to join their Hong Kong office. The selected candidate will manage over 10 admin staff in the APAc region, including talent strategy, performance management, learning and development as well as ensure facilities operations. Immediate availability is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Daily management and oversight of the admin team across APAC
- Execute regional talent planning, manage admin staff recruitment, balance workloads and conduct performance review
- Build and maintain relationships with internal business stakeholders and external vendors
- Provide ad-hoc secretarial and admin support if needed
- Handle anddelegate office administrative enquiries and requests
- Manage operations from facilities standpoint across APAC offices
- Manage operational expenses
- Ensure global administrative protocol and processes are implemented across APAC
Requirements:
- Relevant office and admin team management experience in a multinational financial services firm or professional services firm
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, PPT and Word
- Adaptable, collaborative and proactive with strong problem solving skills
- Good communicator with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong client service mindset and comfortable with handling ambiguity and navigating a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Immediate availability is preferred
