Job Description

Our client, a prestigious international law firm is urgently looking for an Administrative Receptionist to join their head-quarter in Central. Job Responsibilities :

  • Provide office administration support, such as procurement of office supplies and pantry items, arrange office equipment and services maintenance
  • Offer reception counter services and handle enquiries, incoming calls and guest greeting in a professional manner
  • Manage meeting room booking schedule
  • Assist in mailing correspondences, documents and courier services
  • Provide clerical support to the Human Resources & Operation Department including but not limited to leave administration and stock keeping etc
  • Arrange repair services for office premises & equipments, etc
  • Provide administration support such as preparing of presentation material, correspondences, filings, data updating and etc
  • Provide support in ad hoc assignment/task as and when required
Job Requirements :
  • Secondary education or above, Diploma or certificate holder is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in reception, customer services, and administration
  • Previous experience in admin or reception within banking, law firms would be an advantage 
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good telephone manner, pleasant and customer-oriented
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-initiative, responsible, well-organised and independent
  • Team player, able to work in a fast paced and result-driven environment.
