Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing administration tasks.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the team.
• Handle sales order processing, quotation and tender preparation.
• Prepare marketing materials.
• Prepare and manage exhibition booth.

Requirements

 

• Diploma or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resource, Public Relations and International Events Management or Surveying, Or
• Diploma or above in Science discipline with a minimum 2 years' of relevant experiences, preferably in clerical/admin experience.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office application.
• Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese and English.
• Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
• Pleasant personality, customer oriented, hardworking, self-motivated and a team player.
