Our Client a Japanese trading company is looking for the candidate with the following requirements

Duties: 

• Handle daily office administrative operation 
• Office Appliance, stationary ordering and stock taking 
• Liaise with different document collections, reporting etc. 
• Liaise with external suppliers in office maintenance
• Ad Hoc Projects

  Requirements 

• With exp. of Office Administrative support and maintenance support is preferred
• Fresh Graduate will also be considered
• Attentive to details, able to handle multi-tasking 
• Willilng to learn, good problem solver and good team player
