Responsible for supplier management, from screening to introduction to cooperation and replacement, formulate and promote effective supplier evaluation, assessment, monitoring, and improvement mechanisms to ensure smooth cooperation and achieve business goals. 3. Responsible for outsourced personnel management, including manpower arrangement, on-site management, audit supervision, daily problem follow-up and resolution, etc. 4. Responsible for outsourcing cost management. On the basis of ensuring quality and quantity, control outsourcing costs through reasonable budget/allocation/settlement mechanisms, sinking, etc. to ensure maximum efficiency. ,1. Have good data analysis skills, be good at discovering problems from data, and solve problems with data. Master sql and be able to extract data from data tables for analysis and attribution. 4.
