Analyst, Forex & Treasury Administration

Job Responsibilities:

• To assist Team Lead to monitor daily processing, include Deal Booking Control, Fund Settlement, Financial Booking, and Post-Deal Control;
• To assist Team Lead and constantly review operational procedures for further enhancement of operational efficiency and productivity;
• To support as a maker for daily operation when necessary;
• To provide support or work with Global Markets Division for Asia, Marketing, Interbank counterparties, in related to treasury market transactions; and
• To follow standard procedures to comply with local, Japanese and foreign regulatory requirements (e.g. AML, DFA and HKMA-RMS) and supervise subordinates to monitor routine operations in treasury office.

 

Job Requirements: 

• Secondary education or above;
• Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in treasury;
• Sound knowledge in areas of treasury products;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Computer literacy with good excel skills; and
• Proficiency in Cantonese and English.
