Analyst, OTC Operations, Business Operations Department 场外业务运营岗

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform validation on OTC derivatives transactions, complete trade booking, and contract valuation;
• Liaise with external brokers, custodians, and customers to complete the clearing and settlement;
• Maintain margin status and handle corporate action;
• Complete data compilation and report submission according to internal and external regulatory requirements;
• Propose optimization needs for business operation, and assist in the construction of the OTC derivatives system;
• Follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures to ensure proper Internal Controls and compliance with all internal policies and external laws, rules & regulation ;
• Perform such other duties as shall from time to time be directed by the superiors.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, Computer Science or other relevant fields;
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in investment bank or broking industry;
• Relevant experience in OTC derivatives booking or operations is preferred;
• Product knowledge on OTC derivatives;
• Proficiency in Excel VBA and scripting language is a plus;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English; Conversational level of Mandarin is required;
