Responsibilities

1. Create conversion copy that meets news facts and user needs, promote user consumption in video and graphic scenarios, and continuously improve hot spot mining capabilities, formulate relevant strategies, and ensure steady growth of revenue 2. Analyze and summarize data, extract and refine methodology, and be able to independently complete the output of strategic plans, which can be effectively applied to projects, promote content strategy optimization and implementation, and achieve project revenue goals 3. Have the ability to think deeply, pay attention to the optimizable items in the workflow, improve efficiency, optimize the quality of content execution, formulate and improve relevant rules and standards, coordinate implementation, improve communication effectiveness, and continuously improve the project's operation and maintenance system 4. Communicate and collaborate across teams and departments, coordinate cross-departmental and cross-regional business docking and resource integration, and jointly promote the achievement of business goals 5. Have a strong sense of security risks and be able to control content security and quality.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of work experience, Chinese, journalism, communication, media and other related majors are preferred, user growth operation experience is preferred 2. Strong news sensitivity and safety awareness, good at capturing hot spots, able to pay attention to various types of news in a timely manner, have the ability to judge the topics and values of hot events, have solid writing skills, and good news literacy 3. Have strong data analysis and logical abilities, be good at summarizing and thinking, and be able to optimize operations based on data and user feedback 4. Good sense of the Internet, big imagination, heavy consumer of news information and hot content, familiar with the platform ecology of Douyin and Toutiao 5. Pay attention to details, act rigorously, have a sense of responsibility, strong execution, active thinking, strong communication and teamwork skills, and have the ability to promote business across departments and business lines.
