To oversee the sales team and supervise the front-line team to meet company standard and achieve sales target and KPI. This position will be the head of sales team to drive and grow the business and brand of INITIAL. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead & motivate the team towards achievement of sales target & company KPIs
• Plan monthly sales forecast to meet business targets to achieve good profitability and opportunities for growth
• Manage and monitor the implementation of Company regulations, operation policies and procedures in store, ensure the execution is in line with the company standard
• Work closely with Retail Operations and HR Team to identify training needs, design and deliver effective training programs for both retail and office staff to meet corporate goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Operations, to ensure consistent brand messaging, product assortment, and operational efficiency across stores
• Monitor CRM strategy for our VIPs to grow database and commercial goals
• Build a strong commitment with the team for providing unsurpassed customer service to our customers
• Preform store leadership to ensure all employees are effectively developed and coached to achieve overall success of the store and their personal development
• Prepare reports to analyze sales performance and to raise improvement plans 
• Participate other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines is preferred
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in which at least 5 years at supervisory level in multi-stores managment
• Fashion / retail / luxury brand background is an advantage
• Passion for fashion and retail industry, high awareness towards market trend and competitors
• High initiative to lead and drive KPI performance and customer services
• Strong leadership and people management skills, able to motivate and inspire the team effectively
• Fluent in both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
