Job Description - Assistant Digital Workplace Manager

About our role We are now looking for a talented Assistant Digital Workplace Manager to be part of our dynamic team based at our headquarters in One Island East. The incumbent will be reporting to our IT Operations Manager for digital workspace transformation project planning, implementation and daily support.

Responsibilities will include

  • Responsible for business demand analysis, solution providing and successful project delivery
  • Provide subject matter expertise when collaborating on cross platform projects with teams responsible for Windows 10, Apple and Mac
  • Provide project and vendor management
  • Provide tier 1-3 end user support in all IT aspects, including VIP support
  • Provide Office 365 and hybrid cloud administration and support
  • Plan and conduct system and applications training to users
  • Formulate the operation manuals, policies, and procedures
  • Prepare management reports on IT services performance

Together with creativity, integrity and passion, our ideal staff should be

  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in digital workplace solution
  • Creates new and better ways for the organisation to be successful
  • Knowing the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Desire to learn and adapt to new technology
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Advanced SharePoint Development and Administration skills
  • Experience with Power Platform and Azure Platform
  • Experience with Data Migration to Azure Files and SharePoint Online
  • Experience with PowerShell and other custom tool / app development
  • Experience in project coordination with internal parties and vendors
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills, willing to learn, energetic and conscientious
