Your Role - To lead service provision team or restoration team for data, voice and broadband provisioning/restoration
- To co-ordinate to complete assigned projects as appropriate.
- To guide various work parties in providing effective and professional support to customers
- To provide guideline on necessary verification and acceptance test for respective upgrade work in OSS and Operation platform.
- To provide internal training for the team members.
To Succeed in the Role - Higher Diploma holder or Degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or related disciplines with at least 3 years' working experience
- Knowledge in Telecommunication Services, Service Provisioning system and operation system and of the Company.
- Good interpersonal, communication and basic supervisory skill.
- Self-motivated, flexible and able to work independently.
- Need to work out-of-office hours and may carry out call-out duty.
- Candidate with less experience or lower qualifications will be considered as Senior Technical Officer
