Assistant HR Manager

What are your responsibilities?

• Assist HR Manager in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Responsible for all graduate recruitment related matters, including advising on recruiting strategy, assessment tools, trainee program & performance and retention
• Manage and excute promotion activities, such as on campus workshops, recruitment-day events, job fairs etc.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration

 What skills/ qualification will you need?

• Bachelor degree holder in human resources, BBA or related disiciplines
• Minimum 5 year's relevant HR (Graduate & Trannie Recruitment) experience in sizeable / international organisations
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and recruitment systems
