What are your responsibilities?
- Assist HR Manager in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Responsible for all graduate recruitment related matters, including advising on recruiting strategy, assessment tools, trainee program & performance and retention
- Manage and excute promotion activities, such as on campus workshops, recruitment-day events, job fairs etc.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration
What skills/ qualification will you need?
- Bachelor degree holder in human resources, BBA or related disiciplines
- Minimum 5 year's relevant HR (Graduate & Trannie Recruitment) experience in sizeable / international organisations
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft applications and recruitment systems
