What You will be Doing

• Assist in conducting legal research and analysis
• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, statutory records and legal correspondences
• Assist in organising and maintaining legal files documents and databases
• Assist in preparing presentation and other materials as required
• Assist in implementation and maintenance of legal technology system
• Assist in general administrative duties
• Handles ad-hoc assignments

Who is Our Right Fit

• A law degree holder with minimum 1 years work experience in a commercial environment
• Candidate without legal qualification will be considered for paralegal role
