Assistant Manager - Front Office

Operated by South Pacific Hotel (Hong Kong) Limited, South Pacific Hotel is located in Wanchai, adjacent to the Causeway Bay premier shopping, dining and entertainment complexes, well served by the comprehensive transport network.

The 28-floor hotel comprises 298 well-appointed guest rooms and suites with panoramic views of the city. Hotel also provides well-equipped dining facilities including Western Restaurant, Chinese restaurant and two multi-purposed functions for all sorts of business & private events.

Responsibilities:

• Assist to supervise Front office operation
• Handle guest requests and complaints adhering to the Hotel’s general guidelines
• Develop and implement strategies for Concierge, Front Desk and Security
• Report to and communicate with the Front Office Manager

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Minimum 5 years’ hotel front desk operations experience with 2 years at supervisory or above position
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
