Responsibilities

• Perform internal audits and special reviews to ensure the Company operations are conducted in compliance with laid down policies as well as legal requirements so as to achieve the established goals and objectives;

• Evaluate the adequacy of the internal controls and compliance procedures, and make appropriate and feasible recommendations for improvement;
• Prepare internal audit reports and follow up on the implementation of the audit recommendations;
• Perform administrative duties as required; and
• Conduct ad-hoc assignments for the Company as directed.

  Requirements

• University graduate with relevant professional qualifications such as Qualified Accountant (e.g. HKICPA, CPA, ACCA) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA);

• Minimum 5 years’ experience preferably in the auditing field;
• Excellent coordination, communication and reporting skills;
• Good analytical mind and be able to work independently under pressure;
• Self-motivated with a hands-on, energetic and problem-solving attitude;
• Experience of using data analytic tools in internal audits is preferable; and
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
