Assistant Manager/ Manager, Business Analysis and Planning, P&G

Responsibilities:

• Analyze actual sales, customer data and product performance to provide insights and recommendations
• Prepare business analysis in various aspects - sales KPI planning, dashboard building and staff performance analysis
• Develop sales forecasts align with Demand Planning on inventory requirements
• Responsible for revenue and promotion fund monitoring
• Develop tools and solutions of sales analytics to aid sales growth and improve customer relationship
• Design, develop and maintain sales dashboards
• Participate in enhancement and automation projects to improve efficiency of reports generation and business data management
• Perform other business analytics duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration (Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related disciplines would be an advantage)
• Min. 5 years work experience in FMCG / retail / fast-moving industry preferable
• Experience in reporting tools such as PowerBI is a plus
• A good team player with strong commercial acumen
• Strong concept of data warehouse management, data engineering and data visualization
• Strong sense of data security and data governance
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
