About the Role

As the Channel Marketing Executive, you’ll have the opportunity to learn various marketing skills by performing offline and online marketing campaigns for different renowned IT brands. You’ll also have the chance to assist management in executing corporate and brand marketing for Tech Data HK. What You’ll Do

• Work closely with internal teams, production houses and agencies to executive and follow up various offline and online marketing campaigns;
• Develop creative designs for marketing and promotional collaterals and/or materials;
• Keep track of social media platforms and website content;
• Compile offline and online marketing collaterals/reports for management’s review;
• Provide support in event management;
• Assist in routine administrative tasks including but not limited to invoice processing, part-time staff and suppliers onboarding processes and other ad-hoc projects.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related discipline (candidate with Higher Diploma or relevant qualifications will also be considered);
• 2-3 years of relevant working experiences in the marketing and/or design fields are preferred;
• Candidate with less experiences are also welcomed to apply and will be considered as the role of Marketing Assistant;
• Familiar with digital and social media marketing;
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (i.e., Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro), HTML and MailChimp;
• Knowledge in photo shooting and video/flash animation editing is a plus;
• Detailed minded, self-initiated, well organized, responsible and able to work independently;
• Well versed in MS Office;
• Good command of Chinese, English and Mandarin.
