Assistant Marketing Manager

Your role:

• Define and fine-tune UIUX and end-to-end system logic flow for marketing offer subscriptions via online channels (online store/ mobile App).
• Manage full spectrum of end-to-end workflows and logistics, from order processing, sales order tracking, fulfillment management, and workflow/logistic arrangement, so as to facilitate marketing program launch on schedule.
• Responsible for marketing offer/ program logistic flow briefing to related internal departments.
• Coordinate and drive system or perform UAT.
• Coordinate with internal departments for logistic flow compliance by developing quality control and program tracking reports to reinforce offer compliance among all sales channels. To review and fine tune work process regularly to the benefit of increased marketing efficiency and improved customer satisfaction.
• To handle day-to-day inquiries related to workflow or system codes from sales channels or brand marketing team.
• Conduct regular offer codes housekeeping to ensure efficient system performance.
• To perform other related duties as requested.

To succeed in this role:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
• Strong project management skill
• Strong understanding of IT systems & payment processes
• 5 years+ working experience in marketing operation role in mobile / telecom business. Candidates with operational background from other industry will also be considered.
• Innovative and be able to work in a highly competitive environment and under pressure
• Self-motivated and result-oriented able to work independently
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• A good team player with excellent communications and interpersonal skill
