Assistant Marketing Manager, Banking Products

Our client, a well known local bank in Hong Kong, is looking for a high calibre to join their group. 

Responsibilities:

• Formulate marketing campaigns and business development strategies to deliver buisness objectives regarding CASA product
• Design and implement sales and mareketing campaigns in order to acquire the grwoth of portfolio for the CASA balance and segments
• Acquire new customer and enhance cross-selling 
• Collaborate with other departments internally to execute the programs effectively
• Monitor and track the result and market responese of the campaigns
• Manage budget and control the expenses
• Sales performance review

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
• 4 years of experience in retail banking business, exposure to branch operation, segment management and transactions capabilities such as ATM and FPS is preferable
• Knowledge in overall banking products, operation & process flow, marketing activities, segment management and management skill
• Good communication & interpersonal skill, analytical and track record of effective marketing campaigns is an advantage
• Good team player and detail oriented
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
