Assistant Operations Manager / Supervisor / Executive

We are a well-established company and looking for a qualified candidate to fill the following position.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily sales operations of electronics business.
• Enhance sales operations more efficiently.
• Closely work with both internal and external parties to drive the business needs and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with customers and Suppliers.
• Provide on a weekly basis for sales updates, market analysis, inventory. reports, pipelines of opportunities and converting these into wins.
• Provide Performance reports of Inventory, Sales and Customers.
• Performs ad-hoc assignments or special projects as required.

Qualifications and Abilities:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Statistics / Engineering / Business Administration or related Diploma
• Proficiency in MS Office such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
• Proficiency in data mining and MS Excel functions (Pivot Table, vlookup……)
• With sales related working experience, preferably in electronics industry would be an advantage
• Outgoing personality with good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• English and Putonghua oral and written communication skills
