Associate Finance Manager

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Lead a small team for full spectrum of finance and accounting functions.
Responsible for timely and accurate preparation of the monthly accounts, financial and management reports.
- Support ERP implementation to satisfy internal control and financial reporting requirements
- Take lead in solve accounting operation issues in a systematic and timely fashion
- Drive finance operations issues to resolution from beginning to end, working with internal teams such as product & engineering in different location to troubleshoot operation issues
- Codify operational processes through documentation updates and knowledge transfer
- Liaise with external auditors to ensure smooth and timely compliance of statutory audit requirements
- Participate in ad hoc tasks assigned by management

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor's degree with a major in Business Administration / Information Systems / Finance or Accounting
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting & finance operations
- Good communication and collaborative skills
- A proactive problem solver, with an affinity to systems thinking and continuous improvement
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and strong attention to detail
