Associate Manager, Marketing

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this position will be responsible for leading the communication and activation for international markets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated communication plans for international markets, including social media management, influencer engagement, paid media strategy, and mall activations.
• Implement impactful marketing activation initiatives on key social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and occasionally TikTok.
• Collaborate closely with creative, media, social, and digital agencies to ensure seamless execution of plans and maximize effectiveness.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of social channels and campaign metrics, driving continuous improvement and staying ahead of trends.
• Generate insightful reports and strategic recommendations to optimize future initiatives and maximize ROI.
• Assist in budget management to maximize ROI and allocate resources effectively.
• Act as a brand guardian, proactively supporting different lines of business (LOBs) by developing and implementing creative assets for communications related to HKDL resort initiatives, including Distribution Marketing, Hotel, Merchandise, Food & Beverage, PR, Technology & Digital, and HR, among others.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, marketing communication or relevant disciplines
• Min. of 6 years working experience in PR, marketing or communications industry with solid experience in international marketing promotion, SEA market in particular
• Solid background in Advertising & Marketing Communications with previous experience in MNC or large corporate, preferably with regional scope
• Hands-on experience to manage social media platforms with abilities to perform post-campaign analysis
• Strong project management and executive presentation skills with excellent time management and prioritization abilities to work under fast-paced environment
• Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin with additional Asian languages as advantages
