Associate - OFR (OFR Document Clerk)
Job Description:
Implement standard operating procedures according to operating procedures, including booking, customs clearance, transportation, tracking and reporting
Enter system data according to the transportation documents and requirements provided by each branch station, strictly abide by the standard operating procedures and KPI requirements to ensure the accuracy of the entered data
Maintain good communication with the branch, and report to the supervisor in time when it is found that the branch provides irregular materials and information
Other project tasks.
Qualifications:
Master basic logistics knowledge and system operation, strong learning ability
Have strong teamwork ability, and be able to handle multiple complex businesses at the same time
High sense of responsibility and stress resistance
Good communication and coordination skills, and flexibly respond to domestic and foreign business communications
Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
Working hours:
1. The shifts are divided into administrative shifts (normal shifts) or mid-shifts.
