Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the operation of platform products related to brand advertising, exploring user core demand scenarios around platform revenue, customer performance, platform stability, etc., promoting the optimization and iterative upgrade of platform products, and improving customer experience and platform satisfaction 2. Combine business characteristics and platform Characteristics: Develop short- and long-term operating goals and strategies for platform operations, output platform promotion and customer incentive activities, and enhance customers' understanding and use of the platform 3. Design corresponding standard operating procedures, link the delivery platform and related business teams, and improve platform operation efficiency 4. Qualifications
1. 4 years or more of Internet advertising experience, platform product operation experience is preferred, B-end product operation experience is preferred 2. Ability to structure 3. Be sensitive to operational data, have a deep understanding of internal & external demands, and have strong logical thinking and analysis and summarizing abilities 4. Have good project management skills, strong problem-solving skills, excellent execution and coordination skills.
