Architectural Assistant/ Architectural trainee (Year-out)

We are now recruiting Architectural Assistant for our projects in Hong Kong based who will have the opportunities for exposure of new building project from inception stage to completion.

Responsibilities: 
- Handle commercial/institutional projects from design concept to construction completion
- Develop design concept, layouts, material sourcing & selection 
- Prepare general building plans for statutory submission 
- Handle presentation and tender documents
- Contract Administration
- Coordinate & liaise with clients, contractors, vendors & project team members
- Able to work under tight schedule & meet deadlines. 

Qualification Requirements
- BA(AS) Degree or above in Architecture
- 2 years of experience or above in relevant field
- Well-versed in BIM & AutoCAD 
- Sensitive to the design trend and Good design ability, skillful in Sketch Up, Photoshop and other graphic presentation software 
- Good spoken & written in English will be an advantage

Skill requirements:
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop& other graphic presentation software
- Knowledge of BIM, Revit is preferred.
