Business Analyst (Assistant Manager)

Our client, a global luxury retailer, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst(Assistant Manager) to join their team. As a key contributor to the organization, you will be responsible for business process optimization and driving operational excellence. If you have 5+ years of experience in ERP, a strong understanding of supply chain flows and processes, and expertise in utilizing Power BI for data analysis, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the retail, e-commerce, and data analytics domains. Responsibilities: * Lead business process optimization initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
* Utilize your expertise in ERP systems to streamline operations, enhance workflows, and ensure seamless integration across different business functions.
* Analyze supply chain flows and processes, identifying bottlenecks and implementing strategies to optimize inventory management, logistics, and delivery processes.
* Leverage Power BI reports and data analysis techniques to generate actionable insights, drive data-driven decision-making, and support business growth.
* Take ownership of various projects, including retail expansion, e-commerce optimization, and data analytics initiatives.
* Collaborate closely with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to gather requirements, define project objectives, and ensure successful project delivery.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to retail, e-commerce, and data analysis, integrating them into business strategies. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
* Proven track record of at least 5 years in a Business Analyst role with a focus on business process optimization, preferably within the luxury retail industry.
* With managerial and supervisory experience is highly preferable
* Strong understanding of supply chain flows and processes, including inventory management, logistics, and delivery.
* In-depth experience working with ERP systems, effectively utilizing their capabilities to optimize business processes.
* Proficiency in Power BI or similar tools for data analysis and reporting.
* Project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective stakeholder management and cross-functional teamwork.
