Business Analyst, Finance Department

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Finance team user requirements and configurations to meet business needs during ERP implementation
• Prepare test cases, test data and execute test plans. Report issue logs and monitor status 
• Prepare process flow documentations and end user guides for Finance department
• Assist with Chart of Accounts revamp, data mapping and data migration from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud, including data cleansing and verification of results
• Customize BI reports & BI dashboards for Finance users
• Provide day to day support for finance team after implementation and redesign system rules (e.g. security rule, cross-validation rules, mass allocations) and support changes in approval hierarchy if required

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business / Computer Science / Computer Engineering or a related discipline
• Possession of a recognised professional qualification, such as Certified Public Accountant or equivalent is preferred
• Preferably Knowledge in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financial module and preferably knowledge in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Procurement and Project Management modules, Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM and SCM Inventory Management and Order Management modules. 
• Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud/other ERP system implementation life cycle (requirement analysis, solutions design, testing, training & Go Live) or prior Oracle Fusion Cloud/other ERP system consultancy experience in leading CPA firms, consultancy firms or equivalent 
• Good understanding of payment business or banking industry is an advantage
• Good inter-personal skills and communication skills, proactive and expressive, and have problem-solving mindset and willing to deep dive into complex business process and data
• Self-motivated, result-driven and capable to work under pressure
