Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

• To provide full spectrum of clerical and administrative support to the front-line team members of Business Development Department and liaise with different departments
• Prepare fee proposals and tender documents
• Review & draft contracts for clients, sub-consultants and other parties
• Assist to maintain client database
• Carry out ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Associate Degree or above
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• 1 year of working experience or above
• Fluent in spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English
• Proficient in both written Chinese and English
• Proficient in MS WORD, MS EXCEL and MS PowerPoint
• A good team player
• Self-driven, proactive and independent individual
• Ability to work under pressure, organised, multi-tasking and step up to achieve goals
