ABOUT TMF GROUP

We provide legal, financial and employee administration through TMF Group's teams in 120 officesThis role is an individual contributor role, and are responsible for the expansion of the Group's market share by performing all business development activities, specifically in bringing in new businesses which comprises of the following Service Lines:
HR & Payroll (HRP)
Global Entity Management (GEM)
Accounting & Tax (A&T)
Private Client Service and
Fund Admin Service
Key Responsibilities:
1) Develop, expand and build intermediaries/business partners network to generate new business opportunities
2) Organize Marketing events/webinars to promote TMF Group services on regular basis
3) Set up meetings with client stakeholders to understand business requirements, present TMF Group value propositions, and work with relevant local offices to develop proposals that addresses clients' needs, concerns and objectives
4) Follow up with client stakeholders to clarify proposed solution
5) Maintain good rapport with client stakeholders to identify client's concerns and address it with our unique value propositions
6) Discover competitors' offer and discuss the fee gap with internal stakeholders to shape the win price
7) Follow internal process to pursuit global deals and work with legal counsel and Group stakeholders to negotiate the contract terms with Client to close the deal faster
8) Follow Group compliance guidelines to conduct Know Your Client (KYC) on client's entities before closing the deals in CRM
9) Maintain sales opportunities in CRM and keep the forecast of when to close the deals and update the Annualized Contract Value (ACV) up to date on weekly basis
10) Join weekly forecast call to report the committed/upside/non-committed deals that will be closed in the current month and quarter
11) Join biweekly pipeline call to update the status of each deal and discuss the deal strategy and required help to progress and win the deals
12) Handover won deals to transition teams and provide all required information that is essential to the client onboarding
13) Always keep generating sales pipelines and maintain the total ACV of pipelines 3 times of remaining target to hit and,
Work with China office to develop sales strategy to help the local business grow in addition to the sales activities that contribute revenues to other local offices around the world.
Key Requirements:
1) Bachelor degree or above in HR/Accounting/Law/Finance, with relevant professional sales experience
2) A minimum of 5-8 years of working experience in a commercial environment in the organizations such as Accounting, Law firms, banks, investment banking, HR consulting firms, or payroll outsource providers
3) Ability to manage complex multi-jurisdictional proposals involving multiple business lines and internal stakeholders at different levels
4) Exposure to IPO/M&A Carve-out/Expansion transactions is a plus
5) Entrepreneurial business focus, self-starter, attentive to details, logical thinking, team player with great interpersonal skills
6) Able to solution sell with the ability to listen to clients and understand what they really need rather than hard sell and,
7) Excellent written and oral English.
