This role is pivotal in supporting the growth and development of our recruitment efforts across the region. The successful candidate will work closely with our client campus recruiting team, playing a key role in identifying, interviewing, and hiring exceptional interns and new graduates.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with the campus recruiting team to identify potential candidates
  • Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process of interns and new graduates
  • Manage a complex flow of candidate information ensuring smooth running of interview processes
  • Maintain real-time updates in our applicant tracking system
  • Assist with planning, execution and staffing of campus recruitment events
  • Help plan, improve and run our summer internship program

What you bring:

  • 1-3 years of professional experience, preferably within recruitment coordination
  • Motivated self-starter who can handle competing priorities
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and candidates
  • Outgoing personality with enthusiasm for participating in recruiting events and initiatives
  • Approachable attitude with willingness to ask for help when needed
  • Intellectual curiosity with ability to ask right questions to solve problems
Salary: HKD25,000 - HKD30,000 per month + Attractive Bonus
