Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the business results of merchants in the local life and catering industry, helping small and medium-sized merchants to run their business based on the Douyin platform and achieve a win-win situation for the platform and merchants 2. Deeply understand and gain insight into industry characteristics and category trends, identify business opportunities and achieve sustainable and scalable growth by optimizing industry products, enriching industry strategies and other means 3. Build a merchant stratification system, extract operational methodology for key merchants, output stratification strategies to promote merchant self-operation and achieve transition.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of merchant/industry operation experience 2. Ability to think and analyze systematically, and have cross-organizational communication and resource coordination capabilities 3. Data-sensitive, good at analyzing data and having rigorous attribution logic, and able to identify the key factors and core reasons behind the problem 4. Work experience in the catering industry, familiar with platform merchants and commodity operators is preferred.
