Job Description :

Clerk I (holding the functional title of Senior Executive Assistant) in the School of Biomedical Sciences (Ref.: 526895) (to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should possess a good Bachelor's degree, with at least 2 years' work experience. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese good communication, organizational and problem solving skills as well as an appropriate level of IT skills. They should also be a good team player with self-motivation and a strong sense of responsibility.

The appointee will provide support in education programme administration, organizing a variety of academic activities and events and perform ad hoc and non-routine tasks as required. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
